The science and technology is the primary productive force. With theimprovement of science and technology, mechanical automation and oil drillingequipment constantly on the organic union. Drilling equipment automation hasbecome the trend of the development of petroleum machinery industry.During drilling, the traditional Pipe-racking need to workers and the drill pipecontact. The driller, workers need to cooperate closely with. Carelessly a bit maycause an accident. In addition, drilling working environment is poor. Therefore,safety production problems appear more outstanding.High performance machinery-electric-hydraulic integrated drill pipe handlingsystem possesses the suitability, economical efficiency, reliability and advancednature, which has achieved atomization control of the pipe tripping operation.Nowadays, this system has been widely applied to offshore drilling platform so farand approved in the efficiency and safety of drilling operation. At present, landdrilling operation is still the use of the traditional manual operation, which has thelow efficiency and high risk.Based on the analysis of land drilling machine and common machinery liftingequipment structural characteristics, this paper aims to explain columnar drill pipehandling system, which is suitable to be equipped with the land drill machine. It canreduce the labor intensity, reduce the number of workers, improve work efficiency,reduce the security hidden danger. This paper mainly completed the followingseveral works:First of all, this paper by means of reasonedly discuss the research projectbackground and the overseas and domestic Research status. On that base, this textexpound the purpose、contents and worth of the research project. Second, this textwill make a conceptual design for drill pipe handling system by the means ofanalysing the structural style of drill rig on land, including the general function’sanalysis、the equipments’ principal parameter、the overall layout of system and theprimary structural concept. Third, on the base of primary structural concept, to makea design for the mechanical structure of system, by the way of3D modeling softwarecarry out entity modeling, and execute the simple analysis for motion simulation.Forth, to carry out a statics analysis and a kinematics analysis for system by makinguse of screw theory, so we obtain kinematical equation and Jacobian matrix. Finally, according to the motion request of executive summary, make a design for drill pipehandling system powered by hydraulic system.
