Aniline aerofloat ((C6H5NH)2PSSH, Dianilinodithiophosphoric acid) is an effective sulfide ore collector. It is widely used in the flotation operation because it has strong collectivity capacity and good selective collectivity. At the same time, it is the main organic pollutants in the mineral processing wastewater. It has great contribution to the COD of the mineral processing wastewater and it is the refractory material in the mineral processing wastewater. In this paper, it takes the domesticated microbes which from the secondary sedimentation sludge of the Lijiao sewage treatment plant as an object. And the domesticated microbes were cultured in the culture medium of aniline aerofloat, the different temperature, pH, initial reagent concentration and inoculation size were investigated, thereby made sure the range of the microbial degradation of aniline aerofloat. And to use the three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment to determine the best degradation conditions of aniline aerofloat by the domesticated microbes. At the last, to determine the maximum tolerance concentration of Pb2+, Zn2+, Cu2+by the maximal tolerance dose. The results showed that:The domesticated microbes which from the secondary sedimentation sludge of the Lijiao sewage treatment plant can treat the aniline aerofloat well. The COD removal of three times domestication is113.0mg/L,130.0mg/L and169.5mg/L respectively. And the COD of effluent of three times domestication is99.74mg/L,77.14mg/L and41.36mg/L respectively. Through domestication, the effect of the aniline aerofloat bio degradation was increased and the efficient degradation of aniline aerofloat microorganisms was gain. The optimal degradation temperature experiment shows that microbial growth is good in the35℃, the removal rate of COD is74.29%, and the COD value is48.89mg/L. And the35℃is the best culture temperature. But the other single factor experiments, can not accurately determine the best condition, so it can only choose three levels for each factor by orthogonal experiments. Among them, pH is chosen to6,7.3and8; the initial concentration of aniline aerofloat is100mg/L,150mg/L and200mg/L; select the inoculation was0.1%,0.5%and1%.As the optimum pH experiment shows, pH is7.3, the final COD value is31.94mg/L, the removal rate of COD is83.20%; pH is6, the final COD value is60.19mg/L,the removal rate of COD is68.35%; pH is8, the final COD value is60.19mg/L, the removal rate of COD is68.35%.The optimum initial concentration of aniline aerofloat in the experiment,100mg/L,150mg/L and200mg/L aniline aerofloat inorganic medium, The domesticated microbes was cultured72h in the aerofloat inorganic medium which contain100mg/L,150mg/L and200mg/L aniline aerofloat respectively. The final COD was37.6mg/L,32mg/L and88.44mg/L respectively, and the removal rate of COD was79.63%,87.88%and74.19%2respectively.In the optimum inoculation test, when the inoculation amount was1%, COD was31.94mg/L and the removal rate of COD is83.20%. When the inoculation amount was0.1%, the COD was37.59mg/L and the removal rate of COD is80.80%. When the inoculation amount was0.5%, the COD was43.24mg/L and the removal rate of COD is77.92%.Orthogonal experimental data show that, pH has great effect on the degradation of aniline aerofloat by the domesticated microbes and the initial concentration was seldom effect on the degradation of aniline aerofloat. The best condition combined of biodegradation aniline aerofloat biodegradation by the domesticated microbes was A2B1C1. And the best conditions are the initial concentration of aniline aerofloat is150mg/L, inoculation quantity is0.1%, pH is6. Under this best condition after72h culture, the COD was30mg/L, the removal rate of COD reached88.62%.The maximum tolerance concentration of Pb2+, Zn2+, Cu2+was400mg/L,520mg/L and55mg/L respectively.
