Magnetic nanostructured materials are attractive candidates for various organic transformations, it can be easily separated from the reaction system by an external magnetic field, which, make these catalysts are in sustainable for green. Chitosan (CS) is natural, nontoxic and reproducible molecule. It comprises a great quantity of hydroxyl and amine groups, which can be coordinated with metal ions through chelate mechanism. The CS-M complex can improve the catalysis efficiency and reused times, which make it agree with green chemistry. Changing the morphology and structure of the catalyst also can achieve the same purpose. So, a large number of material and structures have been researched in organic reactiongs. In this work, Fe3O4@CS and hollow magnetic mesoporous silica spheres (HMMS) were chosen as the support. The catalystwas characterized by TEM, EDX, XPS, XRD, FT-IR, VSM, etc.It was found that the structure of the catalyst support did not change. The hydrogenation reaction was finished in30min in the hydrogenation reaction under mild conditions.(room temperature, latm) by the same time, CS-Fe3O4-Pd (Ⅱ) catalyst in acetalization reactions have also made a good catalytic effect, the vast majority of the substrate in the reaction4h can get a satisfied product yield. One-Pot Preparation of the imine compound in order HMMS-NH2-Pd (0) can be obtained by reaction of6h satisfactory product yield. In the reusing reactions, the catalysts all got satisfied results.
