In this paper, we prepared two supported noble nano-catalysts with carbon and polypyrrole coated Fe3O4magnetic nanoparticles as support, and investigated the catalytic activity in various organic reactions:(1) we adopt glucose as carbon to coat magnetic microparticles as support prepared a magnetic nanocatalyst (Fe3O4@C@Pt). we have characterized the catalyst by TEM, XRD, XPS,VSM and FT-IR, Meanwhile, investigated the catalytic activity of the as-synthesized magnetic nanocatalyst (Fe3O4@C@Pt). The results showed that the catalytic hydrogenation of aromatic nitro-compounds can be over95%yield and reused for10times with no obvious decrease conversion and selectivity by a simple magnetic separation.(2) we synthesize the magnetic polymer-supported catalyst of loading Pd on the surface of the orange-like Fe3O4/PPy composite microsphere. The catalyst characterized by TEM, XRD, FT-IR, XPS and VSM. The catalyst shows high reactivity for the carbonylative cross-coupling reaction of aryl iodides with arylboronic acids. This newly developed catalyst is easier to be recovered and the catalyst revealed high efficiency and high stability under the reaction conditions and during recycling stages.
