This paper introduces the technological process of catalytic cracking catalyst production wastewater produced and four kinds of composition of sewage, the current treatment situation. Composition and analysis of the properties of four kinds of production based on wastewater, by optimizing the process, catalyst washing wastewater for molecular sieve modified process, and molecular sieve microspheres after ammonia wastewater do exhaust wet collector using water circulation, four kinds of wastewater is reduced to two, a decrease of fresh water consumption, but also reduces the sewage discharge. The gel wastewater and molecular sieve wastewater by flocculating sedimentation experiment, experiment found that gel wastewater and molecular sieve wastewater mixed with lime as f locculant, and magnesium, sewage flocculation speed, good effect. On the basis of the experimental results, the molecular sieve of ammonia nitrogen wastewater by precipitation and removal of ammonia treatment, then as a catalyst plant tail gas absorption cycle liquid and gel water mixing, and then at the hanging slag clarifier with lime and magnesium flocculation and sedimentation. The supernatant by ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis combination process, the sewage of salt further concentration, concentration of water by electrodialysis concentrated continue again, enter the MVR evaporator for evaporation crystallization. The process of product water as fresh water to continue to use, crystal Sinotrans landfill disposal.
