Dangerous chemicals management is a matter of people’s life safety and property safety of the enterprises and institutions and the survival and development, and common human survival environment, strengthen the management of dangerous chemicals is the social various aspects in common, unworkableness responsibility and obligation.China first automobile group co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "faw") as the first automobile production base in China, with more than60years of glorious history, with the continuous improvement development of enterprises in recent years, the production scale expands year by year, production increased year by year. In2014, the annual production target stride forward forward to produce and sell3million vehicles. However, with the improving of the production scale and production capacity, the continuous improvement of production technology, the variety and dosage of dangerous chemicals is more and more big, relative to the dangerous chemicals purchase, transportation, storage, use, waste management and fundamental changes have taken place.Require a high production safety to ensure high yield. Dangerous chemicals although there is a great risk, but if the accident conditions do not have or critical value reach or mild, is widely used in various aspects for the people. Companies such as machinery manufacturing of faw, if do not belong to the chemical enterprise in terms of industry division, but due to the demand of the manufacturing process, production engineering need to use a lot of kinds of dangerous chemicals production as raw material, such as welding, argon gas, etc., using CO2coating process using all kinds of paint, solvents, etc., total process using various cleaning fluid, lubricating oil and fuel, such as injection molding process using a variety of rubber, such as sewage treatment process using a variety of chemicals, such as the bigger danger harmfulness to use of dangerous chemicals, there is a high degree of potential accident risks in the various sectors.To try to win in the competition of faw in the future, do the safety production of its social responsibility, take care of the physical and mental health of employees and to ensure the safety of employees and the surrounding the life of the masses has unworkableness corporate responsibility. So, to cause a fire, explosion, poisoning, and group die group of injury of dangerous chemicals, comprehensive standardized faw management of dangerous chemicals, awareness of dangerous chemicals management status and the corresponding prevention and control is very important.In this paper, starting from the risk categories and harmfulness of dangerous chemicals, the management of dangerous chemicals at home and abroad were reviewed and the comprehensive comparison and analysis, according to the situation of our country’s hazardous chemical management summed up three kinds of dangerous chemicals management way, and then using analytic hierarchy process of operational research theory, structure of dangerous chemicals management and carry on analysis and calculation of matrix, calculated the unit using decentralized management and whole process management of dangerous chemicals is superior to the traditional management of conclusion. At last combined with the wide application of modern information technology, as well as the rapid development of the third party, the fourth party logistics industry, put forward the whole process of dangerous chemicals for the construction of the informational management system, integrating knowledge of dangerous chemicals, the purchase platform, logistics platform, intelligent storage platform, for use platform and platform of recycling waste management in the integration of information system optimization scheme.
