Project management plays an important role in today’s society. The key to thesuccess of a project, the very important point is that project management is proper.Can say, the project management is a key element in the success of the project and,is the soul of the project. Project management is very complex, and its success orfailure depends on many factors, including communication and change managementis one of the key to the success of a project. As the project manager, the projectgoals, scope, time and resources to have a very clear understanding, only a cleargoal and the present situation, to know where the key, where the risk, to maximizeresources, manage the project. In addition, a very important human management isproject management: between project team with business departments,decision-making layer should be timely and effective communication, to obtain theirsupport and promotion; project team to carry on accurate and effectivecommunication, ensure the project team members work coordination, complete theexpected task.Successful project management, first to four phases of the project life cycle: theproject initiation, project planning, project implementation, project completion,complete the four stages of the master project rhythm and management to themanagement process. Applying the project management theory and method in thispaper to guide the great beer malt detection project research and development center,the process control of project to improve project quality and reduce the project cost.Quality is the basic quality of beer barley malt, good to make good beer.Therefore, requirement of barley germination rate in more than95%in the usual procurement, and hope we can maintain this level during storage. But in the processof storage, there is often a place of barley germination rate decreased problem.Many factors led to the decline in the rate of germination, and pre germination is oneof the main factors in barley germination rate decreased. Pre germinated barley inthe field occurrence, associated with the fields harvesting in wet conditions. Lookfrom the exterior, occurrence of PREGERMINATED barley and normal barley notwhat difference, therefore in the procurement by the naked eye can not determinewhether we have pre germinated barley damage. Foreign research shows that, duringstorage of pre germination injury may lead to barley quality loss of germinationcapacity, it will bring great economic losses to growers, malting and brewers.Research on pre germination, at present there is no research in this area.Although foreign germination of certain phenomena existing in barley, but on thedegree and the influence of pre germination rate decreased in germinating barleysafe storage period prediction is still no definite conclusion. There are two reasons,one is because of the natural pre germination sample collection is difficult, only thenatural pre germinated samples in the affected years to collect, and different pregermination degree of sample is very difficult; two factors that influence thegermination rate decreased a lot. Storage decreased in Barley during germination isa complex process, affected by storage time, temperature, moisture content, andinitial quality of barley barley varieties, belongs to the comprehensive effect ofmultiple factors.From the storage of barley, barley germination percentage decreased in someyears serious problems. Some barley in the procurement of seed germinationpercentage of normal, and buy back in the factory placed after a period of time, thegermination rate began to decrease. Sometimes this reduces not only the verysuddenly, and the decreased quickly. Barley germination rate decreased, leading todecreased malting quality, the quality of finished wine reduction. Therefore, the PREGERMINATED barley damage degree on the germinationof barley and barley safety storage period was studied, providing technical supportfor procurement of barley and safe storage, to find out the scientific and effectivedetection method and evaluation index to judge the barley pre germination rate,reduce the beer manufacturing enterprises in the procurement of barley and storageprocess the risk of loss, is particularly important. Under this background, the qualitycontrol of beer malt ambitious R&D center detection project carried out in-depthand meticulous research.The study has the following innovations: first to establish a method fordetermination of PREGERMINATED barley injury; the RVA value as the index toevaluate the quality of barley sourcing, established quality evaluation system ofbarley procurement; first RVA index used for production, provide technical supportfor factory production schedule; and international comparison, first proposed the"barley storage index----BSI" index; first realization of pre germinated barley safestorage period prediction, before germination rate decreased to achieve earlywarning, solve the pre germinated barley germination rate reduction problem, is aleading research field in barley pre germination. Using the research results, canbring good economic benefits to the beer manufacturing enterprises, while reducingthe beer manufacturing enterprises in the procurement of barley and storage processof risk loss.
