In the dyeing process, the fabric quickly enter the working fluid, constantly forming new solid-liquid interface lead to the rapid expansion of the interfacial area. In this rapidly expanding area of the interface, the surfactant molecules will diffuse from the micelles to the new formation of interfaces, and rearrange the surface of the solution, in order to play the role of a surfactant to form a new interface. In this case, the measured value of the conventional static equilibrium surface tension of the surfactant is not an accurate reflection of the dynamic performance of no practical significance. This is a blind spot in the textile dyeing and finishing selection and use of surfactants in the analysis, as well as one should also focus new dyeing agent used to further development and technical upgrading.The topic main explored the basis of dynamic surface tension and related factors.This paper studied the adsorption dynamics of ionic and non-ionic surface-active agent solution in the process of surface tension, and discussed the initial stage and the final stage of adsorption two limiting cases. Experimental determinate the dynamic surface tension of the various surface active agents such as20℃JFC, AEO-9solution, and combine the theory investigated the adsorption process in the gas-liquid interface. After exploring the dynamic surface tension related factors, focusing on the effects of electrolyte, surfactant molecular weight and surfactant structure, surfactant concentration, and surfactant types and dynamic surface tension. After the dynamic adsorption process, to explore the change of the critical micelle concentration, and arrived at a different surfactant solution dynamic critical micelle concentration, the solution of important guiding significance for the amount of the actual production process surfactants. Articles continue to study the relationship between the dynamic adsorption process and surfactant solution permeability, and surfactant solution by testing the change in the dynamic contact angle of the canvas in a comprehensive study of the wet environment of the surfactant solution permeable fabric quality.In view of this, we farther study the permeability of the above methods applied to the ink. Many factors affect the quality of the ink, but the ink surface tension effects and printing quality printing plays an important role. This paper discusses the influence of surface tension in the printing ink from the infiltration process, and studying good and bad identification methods of ink permeability identification methods, focusing on enhancing the role of dynamic surface tension of the ink-jet printing process color vividness, I hope this discovery has reference to ink R&D work.
