The auto girder is one of the important structure of the car.needs highstrength,good fatigue resistance and long service life even as lightweight as possible.Meetthe requirements of modern car green manufacturing.Put forward higher requirements forprocessing forming of auto girder.High strength steel tailor welded balnk has good mechanical properties,can notonly satisfty the requirement of the auto girder,and more light,is the first choice forlightweight of Automobile. Now,one of the development trend of modern automobilemanufacturing is to use high strength steel tailor welded blank for auto girderstamping.This paper adopts B340/590and B400/780as tailor-welded parent metal,researchthe possibility of manufacture the auto girder with this kind of plate. How to avoid thewrinkle,fracture and weld-line movement is the key.In this thesis,based on typical cylinder parts as an experiment object. First of all,through the theoretical analysis, determine the welding performance of two materials, andthe main factors on the quality of the stamping by the plate. Second, through theexperiment successfully made welding specimen, respectively reseatch on the blank size,weld position, different loading ways of the blank-holder force, through the contrast ofphysical experiment and numerical simulation results, determining factors are studied.Getthe factors influence law.At the same time, verify the accuracy of the finite elementsimulation.Lay a foundation for subsequent auto girder forming simulation.With a auto girder as an example. First of all, using the reverse engineeringtechnology, get3D point clouds of the auto girder by measurement. Secondly, by usingCATIA software for3d modeling.Through analyzing the parts of the process, design thesurface of die and punch for numerical simulation. Combined with cylinder experimentalconclusion, research on the stamping speed, blank holder force, die clearance, frictioncoefficient, die radius. Use single factor and orthogonal control method research on theprocess of girder by DYNAFORM. According to the result data, Comprehensive analysisthe influence of the wrinkle,fracture and weld-line movement by various processparameters,and to find the optimal design scheme.Blank size as the most direct factor oflower the manufacturing cost.This paper sue the improved reverse finite element method,calculate the reasonable blank size.By comparing with the traditional finiteelement method and the square plate, get the improved reverse finite element method incalculating the superiority of the blank size.Through this research,it make CAE Simulation technology to auto girderforming defects prediction and process improvement,to shorten the design cycle andreduce the manufacturing cost and optimizing the process parameters.For high strengthsteel tailor welded blank in auto girder provides the theory and practice.
