Fungicide plays an important role in many fields such as industry, agriculture, healthcare,family life and so on, while surfactant is widely called “Industrial Monosodium Glutamate”.The application of surfactant with antibacterial activity is attracting more and more attentionnowadays. But limitation widely appears when using it, owing to its large addition and kindscarcity.In this thesis, three kinds of surfactant with antibacterial activity, respectively calledBSC6T, BSC8T, BSC12T, have been synthesized, using1,3,5-trichloro-2,4,6-triazine, aliphaticamines, taurine and2-amino-benzimidazol as raw materials, and the structures have beencharacterized by FT-IR, ESI-MS,1H-NMR.Using Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli as target bacteria, the antibacterialactivity has been tested by paper disk diffusion method. BSC6T, BSC8T, and BSC12T allshowed good antibacterial activity, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) ofEscherichia coli was46mg/mL,44mg/mL,40mg/mL, while Staphylococcus aureus was42mg/mL,38mg/mL, and36mg/mL, respectively. The antibacterial activity of products wassuperior to2-amino-benzimidazol (BI) and the mixed systems of surface active intermediate(SCT) and BI.The surface activity of aqueous solution of the products has been studied by surfacetension method. The results indicated that BSC6T, BSC8T and BSC12T all had good surfaceactivity at25℃. The lowest surface tension(γcmc)were33.1mN/m,29.7mN/m, and35.2mN/m, and the critical micelle concentration (cmc) were8.5×10-3mol/L,8.9×10-4mol/L,5.3×10-5mol/L. The emulsifying power has been measured by cylinder method, and theemulsification time were237s,364s and471s, respectively.The application performance of BSC8T has been studied in short-term storage in naturalrubber latex and the storage efficiency has been evaluated by some index such as appearance,pH, viscosity and the amount of solidified acid. The results could be concluded that thestorage efficiency was getting better as the amount getting larger. The pH of the rubber latexdecreased while the viscosity increased. The amount of solidified acid of rubber latex (calculated by acetic acid of5%) decreased by44.30%-53.69%comparing to the control testwhich ammonia was used as the preservative, when the suitable amount of acid was0.5%,0.7%,0.9%, and1.1%.In the control test, mass fraction of ammonia was0.15%.
