With the improvement of science and technology level, material crushing areascontinuously put forward some new theories. Currently, the factory requited to achieve finergranularity in crushing stage. In addition, under the condition of the coal resource isdecreasing, if people want to gain more products which meet the requirements from the samecoal resource, they need to improve the crushing efficiency of crushing device. It is a severetrial for crushing industry. At present, domestic crusher have large volume, high energyconsumption, high cost and low level of automation, these characters doomed it cannot meetthe needs of people. Therefore, we need to create a more energy efficient and automaticcrushing device.This paper selects the equipment part size of the coal sample preparation system’scrushing equipment; Using PRO/E software to draw solid models of parts, and assemblingthem to get the whole assembly model of pulverized sample preparation system’s crushingdevice. At the same time, using the ADAMS software to establish a virtual prototype ofpulverized coal sample preparation system, and dynamic simulate and analyze of the crushingability of new type crushing plant.In order to further analyzing the crushing performance of coal sample preparationsystem’s crushing plant, this paper using ADAMS software to optimize and analyze thebroken plates’ displacement, velocity and acceleration, and understanding the movement of it.Additionally, this paper use ADAMS software to analyze the stress of monomer particles inthree axes, research the mainly crushing way of pulverized coal sample preparation system;optimization analyze the speed of the speed of the crushing plate, the broken roller frequency,and to study the relationship between them and crushing device crushing’s ability. Theseanalyses have laid a theoretical foundation for better research of the sample pulverizes coalcrushing plant. This paper also makes a preliminary study of coal sample preparation system’s deliverymechanism. Firstly, it simply design transmission device of coal sample preparation system,and then control the multipoint positioning of transmission device through PLC. Lastly, it isusing S7-200software to simulate the control system, in order to provide a theoretical basisfor further research on the sample transfer device of sample preparation system automation.
