The crushing cavity of flat jet mill is the key working parts. In poor workingconditions, especially when filled with crushed materials (such as titanium dioxide, etc.)with high hardness, the crushed material with the high speed movement of airflow impactsso violently on crushing cavity inner wall that the crushing cavity wears rapidly. Thecrushing cavity has the short comings as short lifespan, high cost for recovery andcomplicated recovery process. Therefore, to realize the sustainable development ofsuperfine grinding industry, how to extend the service life of crushing cavity become theimportant issue relevant factories have to face. In this dissertation, Damage mechanismand Laser cladding remanufacturing technology is researched through numericalsimulation and experimental study. The primary coverage as follows:By means of software FLUENT, optimize supersonic flow nozzle from the aspect ofnumerical modeling and analyze the flow field and pressure field in crushing cavity. Atlast, the impact angle of material granule to wall of crushing cavity is achieved to build thebasis for flat jet mill recovery and reproduction.Based on discussion and analysis of all kinds of laser cladding material and hardphase, the ceramal powder QFJ-1and QFJ-2is designed and performed laser claddingprocess experiment. Changing the parameter of laser cladding, the better surface lasercladding is achieved.On45steel sheet surface fusion covering preparation resistant alloy cladding layer.through independent research and design QFJ-1and QFJ-2, make use of high-powersemiconductor laser cladding technique and select the appropriate cladding processparameters by means of microstructure analysis, as well as the micro-hardness testing,sand blasting experiments, this thesis gets the performance of ceramal powder QFJ-1andQFJ-2from macro and micro perspective.A welding layer of Tungsten carbide welding rod is prepared by arc weldingtechnology and appropriate overlaying parameter on45steel. The impact strength andfriction performance were investigated based on experimental study combined with alloy layer QFJ-1and QFJ-2. Both of the ceramic powders satisfy requirements of strengtheningthe flat jet mill.
