As a textile big country, our country’s textile accounts for40percent of the world’s total output.Printing and dyeing industry is an important part of the textile industry. It is a high-energyconsumption industry and low utilization efficiency industry. Its heat loss accounts for71.75percent and40percent of heat loss is output as the exhaust. heat pipe heat exchanger can withdraw30percent to50percent of heat from exhaust which is produced by printing and dyeing settingmachine. These can be used to heat cold air of air inlet and save5percent to10percent of fuel sothat can reduce the production cost of printing and dyeing.The task of the research is developing the remote monitoring system of measuring waste heatrecovery by heat pipe heat exchanger. The function of the system is Measurement and remotemonitoring so that can provide reliable data for energy consumption management energy savingevaluation of enterprises.Design scheme of system is introduced which is based on functional requirements of user andby site inspection of Waste heat recovery system of setting machine. The following tasks ofdevelopment is Finished.Acquisition module、display module、memory module、communication module and powermodule are designed. Printed circuit board and driver software of hardware are finished. These arebased on the microprocessor of STM32F130VE which use the ARM Cortex-M3as the core.Monitoring software is finished by language of C#and use the Microsoft Visual Studio as thedevelopment environment. The software took modular method to designe and finished the functionof communication module、memory module、display module and so on.The system had passed electromagnetic immunity test and environmental worthiness test. It isused in industrial field for long time. It turned out that the system has a strong stability and highreliability and can meet the requirements of users.
