China has been the development of standards are to industrialization, and the development of the steel industry is a top priority, the current development situation of the domestic steel industry is still relatively optimistic, but compared with developed countries, the gap is still very large. Therefore, to further improve the quality and craftsmanship of steel is urgent, the only way to improve the country’s competitiveness in the steel industry, in order to better develop their economic level, to improve the overall comprehensive national strength, to achieve a real sense of wealthy and strong.At The present study, the most important is the temperature of the steel surface, and the method is probably all get around the hearth reheating furnace atmosphere temperature by using a thermocouple, and then get through the long-term projections of the empirical formula of the surface temperature of the steel, and then combined heat transfer relevant knowledge to use in a number of industrial computing software universal access to the desired temperature. Because of the reason, resulting in the actual production process, the surface temperature of the steel obtained through empirical methods, because of various factors of the apparatus and the surrounding environment and the anisotropy of the steel material itself part of the error factors such as the presence of. So, to get the exact surface temperature of the steel reheating furnace and derive its internal temperature, has been a research departments and areas of expertise. Over the last decade, with the rapid development of innovative materials science and computer application technology and the photoelectric detection technology, infrared temperature measurement technology has been widely colorimetric development and application of in various research areas and directions. Prior research papers related to temperature, we adopted the dual-wavelength infrared temperature measurement using colorimetric method to bloom among the walking beam furnace, thereby directly measured surface temperature Bloom’s. However, soaking in a walking beam furnace in the segment, because of the nature of the steel itself oxidation loss will be "fish scale" for this problem previously discussed mainly how to avoid oxidation burning. About the same time taking into account the anisotropy and the thermal conductivity of the material reality of the steel evolving range of issues related to the treatment but did not make a direct deal with the uniformity of the material considered that the relevant papers convincing enough.
