The temperature field measurement and real-time monitoring in the heat treatment furnace have important guiding significance for the strict control of product quality, production safety and improving the productivity. Heat treatment furnace temperature and field distribution have very strict requirements, especially, heat treatment process for precision parts But the traditional method of detecting the thermocouple will destroy the original temperature field, although accurate measurement; The method of numerical simulation based on boundary conditions is difficult to verify, and can not be monitored in real time. In addition to the furnace temperature change, gas and dust and other complex harsh environment, many research methods can not be widely applied to production engineering because of the difficulty of operation and inaccurate measurement.Based on the principle of colorimetric temperature measurement, this paper presents a method which can measure heat treatment furnace with a limited number of target temperatures, by using near infrared sensor and network. It will combine with the space of inverse distance weighted interpolation to push the method derived space cross-section two-dimensional temperature field distribution.This paper mainly completed the following aspects of the work:1. Using several law from thermal radiation theory to infer Colorimetric Temperature Measurement of double wavelength formula and equipment factor K expression, expounds the theoretical approaches of the subject, using near infrared CCD uptake thermal image to distinguish target, according to the formula of Colorimetric Temperature Measurement to calculate temperature of target and further derive the distribution of temperature field;2. According to the needs of the experimental operation, system equipment was designed, including the most important near infrared thermal imaging sensors and high-temperature lens and heat protection system, target of high emission rate, based on computer data processing system, and sort out the whole system work flow;3. Based on the inverse distance weighted method, to derive the temperature of the other unknown points;4. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the experimental error, the optimization of some key techniques in system, such as camera parameter setting, infrared band selection, non-uniform calibration of optics and equipment factor K value of the calibration;5. Analysis and processing experiment and experimental data in the laboratory, with the development of software to draw the temperature field;6. In the end, describe temperature field distribution in heat treatment furnace.
