In this paper,Electrochemical deposition was applied to prepare theElectrodeposited copper electrode,and the electrodeposited copper electrode was usedas a probe for the study of the adsorption behavior of Cu(Ⅱ)ions on natural peachstone,besides,the quiet time、scan rate and pH were optimized.the adsorption kineticsand thermodynamics were acquired,by comparing the Oxidation peak current of Cu(Ⅱ)ions before adsorption and after adsorption,the Concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)ionswas apparently decreased,so the conclusion was draw that natural peach stoneprovided a good adsorption ability on Cu(Ⅱ)ions,and could be used on the study ofthe removal of Cu(Ⅱ)ions.The conceptions of Chiral,Enantiomer,Chiral Recognition were introduced andthe significance of Chiral recognition was talked about,besides,the methods andapplication were talked about in this paper,by comparing the Open circuit potentialresponse of α-alanine enantiomers on chiral electrodeposited copper electrode, thechiral recognition of α-alanine enantiomers was realized.The PM6method ofMOPAC2012was taken for the calculation of the recognition process of α-alanineenantiomers on chiral electrodeposited copper electrode,and the calculation result wasConsistent with the experiment, so the feasibility of the recognition of α-alanineenantiomers on chiral electrodeposited copper electrode was proved theoretically.Chiral carbon paste electrode was prepared by modifying the The L-arginine tocarbon paste,by comparing the Open circuit potential response of Tyrosineenantiomers on Chiral carbon paste electrode, the chiral recognition of Tyrosineenantiomers was realized.In summary,Electrodeposition electrode can be both applied on heavy metaladsorption and chiral recognition,Chiral carbon paste electrode also can be used on the study of chiral recognition.
