C-2ore in the powder quartz mine consists of quartz (over90%) andkaolinite (around10%), and contains very little amorphous carbon plant debrisclasses, and extremely trace unknown containing Fe, Cu, Zn oxide minerals. Cla-14ore in the powder quartz mine consists of quartz (over95%), the claycomposition is mainly for kaolinite. The rusted red or yellow impure particles aregoethite and very a little heavy placer is founded, which are tourmaline and rutile. The powder quartz content of C-2ore is91.600%.Through preliminary watereluting mud, the SiO2content can reach98.090%.Through three ball mill refinedwater eluting mud, samples of SiO2content can reach99.510%, meeting therequirements of quartz crucible materials. And the purity of powder quartz can beused for the madding of most glass products, except for the quartz glass. Threetimes pickling SiO2powder quartz samples after removing impurity content can be upto99.560%. | Keywords/Search Tags: | powder quartz, thinning, removing impurity, purifying | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
