In recent years,the land subsidence caused by coal mining constitute a seriousthreat to the safety of the shallow buried pipeline in our country,contradictorybetween construction, operation and overlying coal resources become more severepressure in the future.Most of thick overburden mine in eastern China has or wouldenter large quantities mining era.So,the theory and practical of studying ondeformation mechanism of buried pipeline due to thick overburden.This thesis is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation ofChina-Study on the deformation mechanism of coal mining of shallow buried pipelineunder dynamic condition.Regard the Dagang Petrochemical-Jinan-Qufu Zaozhuangrefined oil pipeline of Xingcun mine where existed accumulated rock and soilmechanics and monitoring data as the research object,conduct systematic researchthrough on-site investigations, numerical simulation and theoretical,the main resultsof the work are as follows:1.Establishes the pipeline,the tube-soil phase interaction,the rock mass and thecoal bed mechanics model by using large geotechnical domain finite differencesoftware FLAC3Dand structural unit SHELL,contact Interface,solid element Brick ofpipeline.Based on the thought of CAD/ANSYS/FALC3Destablished,buildthree-dimensional model of pipeline-geotechnical coal;2.Starting from the3303#and3308#working face excavated,take the two aspectsof concessions,the surface subsidence and pipeline settlement as the researchobject.Compared the field monitoring data and numerical results and confirmed thethree-dimensional model and the parameter selection rationality;3.Using this model to predict the surface subsidence,the stress and strain law ofpipeline in the future of star village coal mine excavation working face,provides ascientific basis for shallow pipeline protection. 4.This thesis introduce into the point safety factor method combined with thefourth strength theory.Study surface subsidence in the security state of continuousshallow buried pipeline and research pipeline damage mechanism by using the pointsafety factor method.
