The concentrated natural rubber latex, CNRL, is one of the important renewable resources and industrial raw materials. In recent years, the traditional ammonia and ammonia distribution system (NH3+TMTD+ZnO) haven’t already met the requirements due to the slice of amount of clone rubber and the wide application and concentration of production of CNRL and the volatility, irritation and the weak ability of inhibition of the traditional ammonia and ammonia distribution system. Therefore, it is crucial to solve the problem that saving the natural latex instead of ammonia. HY, a kind of water-soluble triazine derivative fungicide, has a big advantage over other fungicides, such as efficient, low mammalian toxicity, wide range of pH, having good kill the inhibited effect for gram negative and positive bacteria enable, it was wide application in the paper-making industry, the oil field industry, coating industry field.In this study, the non-ammonia preservatives, HY, was used as preservative for the CNRL, which is on the foundation of group study that it used as preservative for field latex and CNRL. The effects of CNRL preservation, concentrated natural rubber latex sulfide film, production technology of impregnated products, skim latex solidified with acid and skim rubber vulcanized performance with the incorporation of HY were studied. In addition, the various performance of CNRL compared with the high-ammonia concentrated natural rubber latex. The main researching contents followed as:With the content of0.3%HY,0.2%sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS),0.1%KOH respectively, the preservation period of CNRL could be stored to6months, and all indexs can meet the standard of GB/T8298-2008when the HY was used as no ammonia preservatives for CNRL. The mechanical stability, viscosity, pH value, aerobic bacterial count, the particle size and distribution of rubber particle of CNRL with HY shown the similar trend compared with high-ammonia concentration natural latex. Furthermore, HY have not effect on the colloidal properties and rubber molecules of CNRL.According to the study of the effect of HY on the sulfide film performance of CNRL demonstrated that the tensile strength and hot oxygen aging ability of the HY sulfide film were comparable to that of high ammonia sulfide film. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) elucidated that the race of hot oxygen degradation of HY sulfide film was divided into two steps, and the heat-resistant oxygen properties at the largest degradation temperature of the hot oxygen degradation at the first step enhanced slightly. The dynamic thermomechanical analysis (DMA) study found that the HY sulfide film has good sulfide network and low temperature resistance. The research of usage of CNRL in the production of impregnated products demonstrated that HY play an unimportant role on the drying characteristics in the various temperature and thickness. And the vulcanized rubber latex impregnated products show no obvious defects, has good film-forming properties, stiffness and transparency. Otherwise, the average score of testing of impregnated products stimulate to skin was0(very mild) and the cell toxicity reaction was Level4respectively. Moreover, they also have good biocompatibility.The effect of HY on the performance of skim latex solidified with acid, skim rubber, skim rubber culcanized film was also studied and the results shown that the total acid amount for coagulation of HY save skim latex decreased dramatically. The various of standard of skim rubber reached to the standard of level1skim rubber, and the PRI of the skim rubber increased distinctly, except the nitrogen content exceed the standard slightly. From the study of Rubber Process Analyzer (RPA) found that the processability was enhanced and shown the low energy consumption for the HY skim rubber. The testing of TGA and DMA elucidated the race of the hot oxygen degradation for HY and ammonia skim rubber vulcanized film was divided into two steps, however, there is no difference in heat-resistant oxygen degradation ability and low temperature resistance.
