With the rapid economic development, the impact of human activities on the ecosystem has been growing stronger day by day, almost every ecosystem suffered from different degrees of damage by human, and part of the ecosystem change is already affecting human vital interests. Chang-Zhu-Tan region was a high-level economic development in Hunan province, the change of ecosystem service value was strong, through the analysis of the change of ecosystem service and its driving force can promote the regional economic steady and rapid development, and achieve the goal of building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society has important significance.In this paper, the method which was combined with market marketing method, substitute market method and simulation market method was used to establish the evaluation method system of ecosystem service value. On the basis of it, combined with related data, the driving force of the change of ecosystem value was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to estimate the service value of each ecosystem and each ecological service. The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the decline of ecosystem service value of Chang-Zhu-Tan region from2000to2010was significant, from75.62billion CNY in2000to68.49in2010, the trend rate was-0.98%, with the economic development and speeding up the pace of melting and the decrease rate had a tendency to expand.Secondly, from the point of service value of each ecosystem, forest land ecosystem value had the highest proportion, but its positive effect to service value was weakening over the time, and urban land ecosystem’s negative effect to service value was continuously strengthening. Thirdly, from the point of service value of each ecological service, Gas Regulation service accounted for the highest value. From2001to2010, special service produce negative effects of ecosystem service value had increased in a certain degree. Other service produce positive effects of ecosystem service value and had decreased in different degree, Gas Regulation, Water Regulation and Waste Treatment at the most.Fourthly, from the point of ecosystem service value of each county, the distribution of ecosystem service value was the higher all around and low in the middle, and the high-value areas were mainly distributed in northeast. The low-value areas were concentrated distribution area of north-central low-value area. The hotspot region of change of ecosystem service value was mainly concentrated in the central area of the three districts.Fifthly, from the point of each ecosystem service value of each county, the hot spot region of change of farmland ecosystem and urban land ecosystem were concentrated in the central area of the municipal districts of Changsha city, Zhuzhou city and Xiangtan city, the hot spot region of change of forestland ecosystem was concentrated in the central area of the municipal districts of Changsha city and Zhuzhou city with Shaoshan County, the hot spot region of change of water ecosystem was concentrated in the northeast area of Liuyang County and the central area of Zhuzhou County.Sixthly, from the point of driving force, the natural factors, social economic factors and land use factors were closely related with the change of ecosystem service value. In order to maintain the stability of ecosystem service value, the most important was to slow the pace of urbanization.
