Theproject in combination with parameters such as temperature, PH, dissolved oxygen,mainly according to glutamic acid, glucose, lactic acid and other parameters, explorevarious substrate fermentation environment reduce the associated trends and productform, set the related parameters for fermentation kinetics model of the independent variables, to the amino acid fermentation control optimization provides practicaltheory support.
