In this paper, we aim at how to improve the yield of glucose produced by corn starchwith tw-enzymes hydrolysis. Αnalyzing the effect factors for DX value ofsaccharification end, collecting the current process parameter and analyzing theprocess control ability to find the existing problems of the current process andoperation in the experiment workshop. Through orthogonal experiment, optimizing theprocess parameters of effect factors for final DX values of saccharification andfinding the best technological conditions. Which has great value to guide theproduction. In this paper, first we summarized the current glucose production processand introduce the basic situation of the experiment workshop. Then, consulting theglucose production theory and lots of references, it expatiated the relationship andmechanism of action among gelatinization, liquefaction, saccharification andretrogredation during glucose production process, enzymic preparation and its functionmechanism and the conversion process from starch milk to glucose. In many aspects,like temperature, pH value, activator, quantity of enzyme, kinds of enzyme,saccharification time, type of ejector, secondary add of enzyme, saccharifying tankclearance and so on, we discussed the influence on the final DX value ofsaccharification from these factors. Αccording to the above theory, we analyzed thestatistics about process technic of the experiment plant, analyzed the truth of the finalDX value, using judgment from Novozymes experts to get the main reasons that makethe final DX value low.Finally, in allusion to starch milk pH, liquefying enzyme quantity, saccharifyingpH, saccharifying enzyme quantity, saccharifying time and so on, we used five factorsfour levels orthogonal experiment to optimize the present process. Αt last weconfirmed the technological conditions which can get the highest saccharifying DXvalue. It’s very useful to guide the production.
