With the gradual development of organic synthesis technology and the deeping of thecoumarin chemistry research. Coumarin and its derivatives has been got wideapreadconcern of chemical workers, because they have a wide range of application in thepharmaceutical, chemical, dyes and other fields.Firstly, this paper describe that4-hydrocoumarin was synthesized as raw materials,which react with ammonium acetate to get4-aminocoumarin with reference to theliterature. In the presence of molecular iodine, we synthesize1,4-dihydropyridino[3,2-c]coumarins derivatives by the three-componenet condensation of4-aminocoumarin,aromatic aldehydes and phenylacetylene.Secondly, we used4-aminocoumarin as raw materials, reaction with the aldehydecompounds to synthesis di(4-aminocoumarin-3-yl) aryl methane compounds, in thepresence of potassium bisulfate at room temperature. And in the reflux temperature, weget the closed-fragment products(dicoumarin[4,3-b][4’,3’-b’][1,4]dihydropyridine).Finally, we used4-hydrocoumarin as raw materials, respectively react with1-naphthylamine and2-naphthylamine. Then we synthesis the final products by theprevious step products and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of p-toluenesulfonicacid.The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR,1H-NMR spectrum and13C-NMR spectrum. |
