Based on the research of contrasting defect detection method for operating pressure pipeline, the comprehensive inspection detection technology is applied to the comprehensive inspection by storage and transportation department of naphtha pipeline.According to the calculation and analysis of test results, analysed the piping stress of pipeline and effectiveness of cathodic protection, evaluated the safety for pipeline exceed the defects, made an risk assessment, evaluated residual strength of pipeline and predicted residual life of pipeline.This article also studied application for leak detection technology combined with software monitoring system. By research, Leakage characteristics for infrasonic wave signal are extracted through trial and error, the application of this technology on the crude oil pipeline is realized, various parameters of leakage monitoring node can be analysed and visualized and predictions for pipeline hazards ahead of time are implemented.It is significant to prevent explosion and to prevent material leakage caused environmental impact.In this paper, integrational engineering application and research for comprehensive test technology and leak detection method help the enterprise to master safety information about online running pipeline. The research and application provide a powerful foundation data support for realizeation the whole process pipeline integrity management in future. Finally achieve the purpose about hidden hazards treatment, continuous improvement,reducing and preventing the pipeline accidents, protecting the environment, economical and reasonable, ensuring safe operation of the pipeline.
