Study On The Evaluation Index System Of City Sewage Treatment Plant Operation Efficiency

With the deepening of city-oriented development, the population in the cities expand rapidly, the accompanying problems, such as water pollution and insufficient capacity of sewerage treatment, are becoming increasingly conspicuous at the same time. So, to evaluate the operation efficiency of city sewage treatment plant seems particularly important.Based on consulting a great number of domestic and international references and analysis of previous researches on the evaluation of city sewage treatment plant operation efficiency, this paper investigate the method to the evaluation of city sewage treatment plant operation efficiency according to the character of sewage treatment plant.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the analytic hierarchy process, the fuzzy evaluation method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper determines the sewage treatment plant operation efficiency evaluation index and establishing an assessment system with a evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number.According to the city sewage treatment plant operation efficiency index system and evaluation model, taking Mianyang Taziba wastewater treatment plant and Mianzhu sewage treatment plant as examples, obtains the operation efficiency score of Mianyang Taziba wastewater treatment plant and Mianzhu sewage treatment plant as84.484and82.366by calculating and analysis in combination quantity and quality analysis methods, both scores are high by contrast the <City sewage treatment plant evaluation grading table>.The operation efficiency evaluation index and evaluation model established in this paper could analyze the overall running situation of sewage treatment plant operation efficiency, and grasp the running situation of sewage treatment plant from the macroscopic view.
