Remanufacturing Disassembly Simulation Technology Of CNC Machine Tool Spindle Box

With the continuous deterioration of the world environment and increasingly scarce of natural resources,remanufacturing of the product is getting more and more attention and manifests great marketable prospect. Remanufacturing not only retains the originl materials of waste products effectively, but produces greater added values through the process of remanufacturingmethod. After a series of remanufacturing processes such as disassembly,cleaning,checking,repairing and reassemebling,the characteristics of the prod-uct are close to or even better than that of the original products.In order to guide new products design and the reuse of scrapped or retired product,a set of process flow and evaluation method intended for reflecting the performance of products remanufacturing objectively, quantitatively.Disassemble technology is the important premise of recycling and remanufacturing products efficiently as well as the key procedure of remanufacturing process.Disassem-ble technology to a large extent ensures new products design and maximum utilization of remanufacturing resources of retired products,especially for some key components, if not be disassembled properly,can result in remanufacturing repair unavailable.In additio-n,disassembly sequence planning research is crucial,as it can make disassembly operati-on more fast,more efficiently,more economic and more safely.In this paper,a simplified model of head stock of a NC machine is shosen as the research object,it’s three dimensional model is established,structure is analyzed, Petri net model of disassembly is established,disassembly sequence planning is made, remanu-facturing disassembly evaluation method is study.Then disassembly UI dialog is designe-d using customization development kit Pro/Toolkit of Pro/ENGINEER4.0system. C la-nguage function command code is programmed based on VC platform,after compile and connection,generate DLL file,then registred and run in PRO/E auxiliary application,fina-lly get the remanufacturing disassembly simulation system.realizing the function of dyn-amic disassembly of product3D model,interference checking,disassembly tool library calling,remanufacturing performance evaluation,and so on.
