This paper is intended for High-tech Equipment Limited Company of Gansu Lanke Petrochemical, Shanghai Petrochemical Company Lanbin Lab Construction-pumps and drive laboratories. According to the drilling rig pump product performance test and running-in test requirements, it utilize DC motor to drive the pump equipment, we use the international most advanced and a new generation of ABB DCS800full digital DC drive products to realize the closed loop control of speed and torque of drive motor, so as to simulate the pump equipment operation under different conditions; At the same time, according to the requirement of the drilling rig pump product test process, designing and implementing cycle control system to complete the switch of different lines, pressure regulator,data collection and other tasks.Drilling laboratory control respectively three DC motor, using automatic and manual ways to start, stop and give control signal to DCS800. On the one hand, using pule encoder to measure motor speed to constitute a closed loop speed based on the speed and current dual-closed-loop control principle, on the other hand, to set the control mode and window width in the parameter settings based on the DCS800window control principle of the speed torque control software to complete the tuning of dynamic parameters. At the same time, to design two full regulator lines and a great flow load cycle lines, and to explain its coordinated control strategy of pipeline valve.In order to complete the control and acquisition of data of the pump and laboratory performance test system and to research the online real-pump monitoring system, using WinCC monitoring software to complete monitoring of the testing process and display of each parameter, at the same time, using corresponding smart instruments to automatically acquisition pressure, flow, level during the operation of pumping equipment. On the one hand, to complete the data exchange between PLC and multi-point between smart instruments based on RS485communication network, on the other hand, to complete the data collection and display directly from WinCC through connection between RS485and IPC. Finally, to complete the calculations of overall efficiency and volumetric efficiency to determine the merits of the product quality and evaluation.
