With the development of digital oilfields,the real-time transmission and remote monitoring technology of measurement data is the main factor affecting the performance of oilfield and oil well distributed control system,and it also plays an important role in the measurement of oilfield and oil well productivity and efficiency.The accuracy and timeliness of data are easily affected by subjective and objective factors.Therefore,this paper designs an oil well intelligent instrument measurement data transmission and monitoring system combining ZigBee and GPRS,aiming at realizing the efficient management of oilfield and oil wells,adapting to the digital development trend of oilfields.In the data transmission and monitoring system,this paper analyzes and compares with several common wireless transmission modes and applicable occasions,combines with the distribution characteristics of the oil well,realizes the short-range wireless transmission of the intelligent instrument measurement data with ZigBee,selects the CC2530 chip as a hardware platform for ZigBee to construct the ZigBee node network and the data transmission between the terminal node and the coordinator node.At the same time,this system constitutes a protocol gateway through combine with ZigBee and GPRS technology,completes the data transmission process from close range to long distance,and the selection of SIM800A module is based on it.In addition,the functional development and application of the ZigBee module is completed by using the C language in the IAR development environment.With Visual Studio,this paper designs a PC monitoring system called RFonline which can run directly on Alibaba Cloud server and view monitoring data dynamically and in real time Moreover,the design of the mobile client APP is completed in Java,which enriches the way of viewing data.Finally,according to the multiple debugging and testing of the designed wireless data transmission and monitoring system,the data transmission and monitoring system is characterized by small size,convenient use and strong practicality.At the same time,the result verify the feasibility and rationality of the design scheme and achieve the expected results.
