Flue gas turbine is high temperature and high speed large rotating machinery, which is the key equipment in refinery for catalytic cracking refinery high temperature flue gas energy recovery system. The blade surface of YL-type flue gas turbine is distorted by non-section space-surface, which is composed of discrete points in space. As an important part of the gas turbine, the processing quality of rotor blades directly determines the quality and efficiency of the entire equipment. It is undoubtedly conducive to the applications of five-axis machine tool by means of the CNC machining and geometric modeling of the moving blades and of the flue gas turbine, key link analysis and studying of the CNC machining, a number of bottlenecks solving of CNC machining. Axis CNC technology is not only used to improve the production efficiency of the machining, but also mainly used in aerospace, military and other industries, which has important significance for the realization of the modernization of national defense.This paper focus on several key technologies (moving blade geometry modeling, tool path trajectory planning, trajectory calculation tool, CNC machining technology, etc.) for moving blade YL8000X CNC machining of flue gas turbine. Here follows the main contents:(1) The quality of three-dimensional modeling directly affects the quality of NC programming process, Pro/E software is used as modeling software for moving blades, and using parametric modeling method, a geometric model of the moving blades is established by using parametric modeling method, which is order to study the modeling method of complex surface and its promotion.(2) The generation of knife tool walking path is the foundation and key for multi-axis CNC machining technology, this paper mainly studies on CNC machining of moving blades of flue gas turbine. The choice of sphere milland bull mill for processing in terms of processing on moving blade body, calculating on the position of ring knives and ball-end cutters, a variety of interfere in the tool process and avoidance methods resulting in interference are discussed.(3) This paper describes motion features and range of processing of each axis for five-axis CNC machine, Movement forms of each axes for MAZAK INTEGREX100-ⅡSY five-axis CNC machine tool are analyzed using D-H method, and the kinematic mathematical model is established, which can solve the formula of three translational axes of the machine tool coordinate transformation and the formula of two rotary axes.(4) This paper studies theoretically on machining process analysis and planning of moving blades, and CNC programming of leaves body. PowerMill software tells the detailed process of CNC machining programming of moving blades by using its powerful NC programming. PowerMill software is applied to simulate the tool paths of the moving blades.(5) This paper provides an overview of post-processing of CNC Machining, and post-processing document is prepared by using Pro/E software, and the creation of post-processing is introduced and analyzed.
