In this paper, CaCl2/HCOOH (CaCl2content were4%,6%,8%,12wt%) dissolvebinary system for solvent dissolving after degumming natural mulberry silk, regeneratedsilk fibroin solution using dry and wet two kinds of the regenerated fibroin fiberspinning process, and then to produce regenerated fibroin fiber structure andperformance of its research. The research of this paper are divided into the followingthree parts:One, preparation and properties of the regenerated silk fibroin solution, the resultsshow that with the percentage of salt increases gradually, the faster the dissolution rateof silk fibroin, the greater the degree of silk fibroin was damaged.Soluble fibroinswelling time and solution temperature have important influence on the performance ofthe fibroin dissolve, in order to obtain excellent formability of regenerated silk fibroinsolution, fibroin swelling time is set to5h, solution temperature was60℃.Two, the dry spinning process was successfully regenerated silk fibroin fiber andits performance are studied, the results show that when the concentration of spinningsolution for between20%and25%, the solution can be continuous spinning.When theconcentration of spinning solution was25%, was prepared by the mechanical propertiesof the regenerated fibroin fiber is higher, the fracture strength of230MPa, elongation atbreak was7.32%, showing a certain toughness.Three, wet spinning process was successfully regenerated silk fibroin fiber and itsperformance is studied, the results show that the regenerated silk fibroin dopeconcentration, coagulation bath choice of regenerated silk fibroin fiber has a greatinfluence, the spinnability of spinning solution concentration is too high or too low tospinning.When the concentration of spinning solution is12%-18%, the regenerated silkfibroin solution with good spinnability, when spinning solution concentration was15%, renewable fiber surface and cross section structure and form is good; Coagulation bathselection, aqueous solution with different concentrations of ammonium sulfate, ethanolaqueous solution, deionized water as coagulation bath, found that in75%ethanolsolution for solidification of regenerated fibroin fiber surface morphology andmechanical properties of the best, the breaking strength (485.25±32.63)MPa) elongationat break (30.24±1.92)%, good toughness and breaking strength and elongation at breakwere higher than the natural silk (fracture strength:(476.23±32.44)MPa, the breakelongation at:(25.26±3.67)%. When taking water as coagulation bath, the elongation atbreak of the regenerated fibroin fiber was (26.50±2.43)%, breaking strength(428.42±43.07)MPa, close to the mechanical properties of natural silk.
