Oil shale is an ore of energy, which contains a large amount of the organiccomponents. Shale oil can be extracted from oil shale, this is also one of the importantways to use oil shale scientifically. Currently, the energy becomes the hot topic, thecompetition among energy between countries become more and more intense, oilbecome fewer and fewer, oil prices is Soaring, a war of searching for alternativeenergy sources had begun. Due to the large reserves of oil shale in the world, moreshale oil can be extracted. According to the relevant estimates, the amount of shale oilextracted by oil shale far exceeds the known oil reserves several times. Therefore, thedevelopment and utilization of shale oil has got the attention of the world, ifscientifically and effectively exploitation of shale oil, not only can solve the energyproblem, but also point the new way of the new energy research for the human.In view of the oil shale resources buried deep, low-grade case, we proposed theuse of sub-critical water as a heat transfer medium and extraction agents on theground in situ extraction of oil shale resources of ideas. This method does not damagethe surface, to protect vegetation is not destroyed, result in less pollution, but alsoeffectively avoids the exhaust emissions from caused by environmental pollution. Bylaboratory simulation design, we use a1L reactor temperature and pressure simulationof underground sub-critical water extraction process for oil shale, which were carriedout in different regions of sub-critical water extraction, to obtain shale oil.Shale oil is obtained by pyrolysis of oil shale heating, which compositioncontains a large number of hydrocarbons and sulfurs, nitrogen, oxygen othernon-hydrocarbon compound. By hydrogenation pyrolysis can be prepared gasoline,diesel and other liquid fuels, this will effectively solve the people’s daily demand forenergy. Due to various regions of the world have the different geological condition, shale oil component content groups are also different. In order to better developmentand utilization of shale oil, the research of shale oil component will become moreimportant. This study is analyzed research on Fushun, Huadian and Nongan shale oil.Due to the complexity of shale oil components, and in order to better study itscomponents. Firstly, need for shale oil into its components to be separated. Throughthe shale oil component species analysis, oil shale can be roughly divided into threecomponent part of an aliphatic, aromatic, and the oxygen-containing polar substances.This study uses two methods Soxhlet extraction and column chromatography forseparation of shale oil components. Soxhlet extraction extracts shale oil component,which uses petroleum ether, dichloromethane, toluene and ethanol; when usingcolumn chromatography separates shale oil components, firstly, must select theadsorbent and the eluent, finally, ues selected the appropriate stationary and mobileSeparate shale oil components. Isolated components that after enrichment conducttemperament online tests, with combining infrared detection means testing, completeShale oil component qualitatived; By gas chromatographic area normalization method,to do the semi-quantitative research on the component content of shale oil in eachgroup separated.By separating and analyzing shale oil component, we can kown Fushun, Huadian,Nongan shale oil components are much the same, which all containing a large numberof straight-chain and branched alkanes, more aromatic compound and a small amountof oxygen-containing compound, such as alcohols, ketones and phenols. Fushun andNongan shale oil component have more aliphatic compounds than Huadian shale oil.The amount of isoparaffin in Nongan shale oil is higher than the other two regions.The amount of aromatics content in Nongan and shale oil is less than Huadian area.Nongan shale oil has more oxygenate content, higher than the other two regions.Fushun area shale oil is in the middle.
