With the rapid development of power system and the wide application of power electronic technology, power pollution becomes more and more serious, power quality problem has become the power sector and power users more and more concern.This topic combines an enterprise of Guangdong province high frequency welding machine system, the paper analyses the cause of harmonic, the main equipment and causes people to improve the understanding of the power system harmonic wave, deepen the understanding of the cause of the harmonic, find out the factors influencing the system and the safe operation of electrical equipment.This article first introduces the research status of power quality at home and abroad, the development of the high frequency welding machine and other nonlinear power electronic load and the harm to power grid harmonics, power quality management, the necessity of national power quality standards are reviewed in this paper, the basic concept of harmonics, harmonic generation and harm of, wave analysis method, and the passive and active filter method to restrain the harmonics.Then for steel pipe in steel pipe production process and working principle of high frequency welded pipe equipment system and specific equipment electrical parameters made a careful investigation, and according to the circuit structure of high frequency welding power supply has made the rectifier and inverter part and the whole modeling analysis in MATLAB, the environment parameters of different harmonic analysis and simulation, and then use harmonic detection instrument to the scene of the equipment under working state of the electric power data collecting and harmonics and three-phase imbalance degree test, and then the simulation results with the harmonic detection results are compared, which proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis.This thesis aimed at a tube mill high frequency welding machine power system actual operation situation of guangdong province, based on the reason and principle of the power system harmonic is analyzed, points out the high frequency harmonic in power to cause harm to the safe operation of power equipment in power grid system, high frequency welding power system simulation model is put forward, designed based on real-time current detection unit-algorithm and PWM inverter control unit of the algorithm of active filter, describes numerous source filter, zero reactive passive filter, the principle and method of active filter, the simulation analysis are carried out using MATLAB simulation software, the simulation research, proved this model has good dynamic compensation characteristic, is effective to solve the problem of harmonic suppression and other power quality.Based on the high frequency welding system for grid power quality disturbance signal diversity, are studied in view of the provisions of the state of the six kinds of power quality disturbance signal identification algorithm, and design the wavelet-PNN neural network power disturbance signal identification system, implements the comprehensive power perturbation analysis of high frequency welding machine system.
