Environmental problems caused by air pollution have aroused world attention. SO2is one of the major pollutants of the atmosp environment, SO2in the flue gas refining and chemical regeneration can not be ignored. China is the largest SO2emissions in the world; this is very difficult to control the environment, and cause great economic losses.Currently, FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) is the main technical means of controlling SO2emissions. Development of flue gas desulfurization technology in China is late. In the early mainly introduction of foreign advanced technology and equipment, currently there are a lot of universities and companies to develop desulfurization technology in actual production in the successful application.According to the national environmental policy, it is an important environmental protection for the built and run boiler desulphurization project of reconstruction. This paper introduces the mainstream technology of flue gas desulfurization, combined with FGD reconstruction project of120X104t/a RFCC regenerator in Lanzhou petrochemical company. We compared these FGD process, describe the basis of FGD technology in this reconstruction project. And this paper introduced the process principles and system configuration of Multi EDV(?) wet scrubbing washing process desulfurization technology which applied on the120X104t/a RFCC regenerator. Then evaluate this operation when we implement projects. The problems of the running project analyzed and summarized to provide a basis for the construction of similar devices.
