Research On Synthesis And Industrialization Of Potassium Tetrachloroplatinate(Ⅱ)

Platinum group metal compounds have been widely applied in various fields,known as "vitamin of modern industry".As one of the platinum group metal compounds,Potassium tetrachloroplatinate is not only an important intermediate for the preparation of anti-tumor drugs,such as carboplatin,cisplatin and oxaliplatin,but also important starting material for preparation of other platinum compounds.This paper mainly studies the synthesis process of potassium chloroplatinite,Through small scale test,bulk trials and commercial run, systematic study of the kinds of electronating agent, electronating agent concentration and dosage, reaction temperature, feeding method, the best synthesis conditions are given. Qualified products of platinum content was more than46.0%, in accordance with the product standard (Pt≥46%) requirements.
