Potassium chloride is the main component of potassium containing fertilizer products,which can be extracted from carnallite.At present,the main methods of developing luminescent halite ore at home and aboard are cold decomposition positive flotation and reverse flotation cold crystallization.Cold decomposition positive flotation method is a classic main production process of potassium chloride.After carnallite is decomposed by adding water,potassium chloride is produced by decomposing carnallite slurry through flotation,washing,separation and drying processes.The process has the advantages of short process,simple operation and low production cost.However,due to the low recovery rate of potassium chloride in positive flotation process,the waste of resources is serious.Therefore,it is very important to improve the recovery rate of potassium chloride in the process.Laos is rich in potash resources,and the test ore sample is the potash mine in Vientiane plain,Laos.The ore property research shows that the mine is a soluble solid potassium salt mine,the potassium bearing minerals are mainly carnallite,with a small amount of sylvite,and gangue minerals are mainly halite.On the basis of exploratory test,aiming at the poor index effect of cold decomposition,flotation and washing process in the production process,the cold decomposition,flotation and washing process of Laos potash ore were studied to optimize the production process and improve the quality and recovery rate of potassium chloride in industrial production.At the same time,based on the industrial test of 50000 T / a potassium chloride production plant in Laos,the new process flow of belt filter for solid-liquid separation and washing was explored,and the optimization of washing process of belt filter was studied in depth.According to the actual production situation,the flexible process flow with flexible combination was adopted to carry out the original process flow of cold decomposition positive flotation solid-liquid separation washing dehydration high value industrial potassium chloride was obtained by switching with the new process of cold decomposition positive flotation solid-liquid separation and washing.It can effectively reduce the production cost,increase the production load and simplify the production process.On the basis of cold decomposition,flotation and washing test,the industrial test of 50000 tons / year potassium chloride in Laos shows that the quality and recovery rate of potassium chloride products are effectively improved after the process is optimized and improved.The average content of potassium chloride product is 97.66%,the recovery rate of potassium chloride is 51.85%,the recovery rate is 3.65% higher than the original production,and the product reaches the national industrial grade I class I first class standard in GB6549-2011.In the process of production and application,when the dewatering effect of centrifuge is poor and the continuous stability of production is affected,reasonable use of belt filter to complete the new process flow of solid-liquid separation and washing can reduce the washing process and improve the continuity and stability of production.The belt filter was used to complete the new process of solid-liquid separation and washing,and the average content of potassium chloride was 97.34%,and the recovery rate was 51.92%.The product met the requirements of national GB6549-2011 industrial class I first-class product standard.
