Coal gangue is the waste rocks of the construction of coal mines coal mining andprocessing process, it is also one of the largest industrial solid waste emissions.Withthe characteristics of lower volatile,low heart value, high ash content and hard to burn,so often been piling up and has not been fully utilized.And long-term storage of coalgangue,not only take up a lot of land, but also likely to cause a Spontaneouscombustion,polluting the atmosphere and the underground water.So to strengthen theutilization of coal gangue, is the important measures to realize the economicbenefit,and environmental benefit unifies.The coal gangue of Huaibei mining area,as the330MW Circulating fluidized bedboiler in the process of mixed fuel use with high light-off temperature and incompletecombustion, difficult in fluidized boiler, coking blocking slag discharge tube, directlyaffect the safe and economic operation of the boiler.To this end, this paper mainlystudies the physical and chemical properties of the coal gangue in Huaibei mining areaand its effect on combustion process,set up based on ignition and burnout index ofsingle coal and blended coal blending combustion characteristic test under differentmixing way,And thermogravimetric method is used to analysis the burningcharacteristics of the mixed coal combustion, the combustion characteristics andkinetics parameters.Preliminarily discussed the mechanism of Huaibei mining areacoal gangue as the mixed fuel used in CFB boiler,and has great social andenvironmental significance.First of all, the ultimate and proximate analysis and the determination ofcalorific value of coal gangue, coal, refined coal slime of Huaibei mining area, get theproximate analysis ultimate analysis and the calorific value of coal sample basicdata.The results indicate that a low volatile, high ash and low calorific value cause coalgangue burning alone very hard, when mixed with middle quality coal, coal slurry andcoal the blended coal ignition characteristics and burnout characteristics, thecomprehensive combustion performance are greatly improved, And with the coalgangue, coal slime and plant, the increasing proportion of the characteristics ofperformance is getting better and better.Then using thermogravimetric analyzer forcoal gangue and refined coal slime coal slurry of Huaibei mining area combustioncharacteristic experiment was carried out, and analysis of the single coal and blendedcoal blending of different mixing way experimental study on the combustion characteristics. Analyze the experimental data obtained its combustion characteristicpeak temperature, the ignition temperature, burning temperature and comprehensivecharacteristic parameters such as combustion characteristic index. Also studied underthe condition of different heating rate and different oxygen concentration of effect onthe combustion characteristics of coal samples, reveals the gangue mixed fuel on theinfluence factors in the process of boiler combustion. Finally using thermogravimetricmethod of research the kinetics when coal gangue, coal and coal slime coal sample indifferent way of mixing combustion. By using the basic expressions of reactionkinetics and kinetic parameters of solving process, the experiments concluded themixed sample combustion kinetic parameters such as the fitting equation, frequencyfactor and activation energy. Analysis the gangue compound kinetics regular that existin the process of coal blending combustion that for coal gangue in the use ofsupercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler mixed fuels provide applied basic theoryin the process.
