More than 30 million tons of raw coal is produced in Huaibei mining area every year, a large amount of high ash coal? ash>30%?,coal gangue inferior coal are produced during the process of coal exploitation, washing and utilization.These inferior coal for its low volatile? high ash content and hard to burn, it's difficult to ignite and incomplete combustion when these inferior coal as fuel. So, how to effective make use of these inferior coal have social benefits and economic benefits, no matter the perspective of national energy strategy or enterprises itself.Catalytic combustion of high ash coal,is a important way to improve the combustion efficiency, due to the essential differences of raw coal in different regions,the catalytic combustion effect is different.In order to improve the combustion efficiency of high ash coal of anthracite from Huaibei mining area.The influence of MnO2?Fe2O3 and K2CO3 on combustion characteristics is investigated by thermogravimetry analysis. the result show that MnO2,Fe2O3 and K2CO3 can improve the ignition index and burnout index,reduce the ignition temperature of anthracite and increase the heat release.So,the combustion efficiency is improved.In order to explain the action mechanism, the phase composition of leavings of catalytic combustion is studied by XRD,and show that the catalyst?Fe2O3 and K2CO3?can transfer oxygen during combustion;MnO2 catalytic combustion is mainly due to the oxygen releasing. FT-IR experiment show that catalyst can increase the release of organic matter.Specific surface area is improved in the Fe2O3 catalytic combustion through nitrogen adsorption experiment;SEM profiles of leavings of catalytic combustion show that catalyst can increase the degree of effort of combustion.The ignition temperature of bituminous coal is affected by the catalyst amount,combustion atmosphere and heating rate,The result show that bituminous coal 's ignition temperature is influenced with different catalyst amount,the ignition temperature decrease significantly with the increase of heating rate and oxygen concentration.Finally,experiment about the combustion characteristics of middling and coal gangue,s mixture in different proportion is investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer,the combustion characteristic indexes are calculated; Coats-Redfern integral method is used for combustion process in the dynamics analysis,the activation energy and freactor etc are acquired by performing the dynamic analysis,The result indicate that the blending ratio exercises a big influence on activation energy and combustion characteristics during the combustion process.Looking forward to provide referential value for Linhuan 330MW circulating fluidized bed.
