With the continuous development of the computer technology and network technology, the new concept of enterprise information occurs, which can not only optimize the enterprise management, but also enhance the market competitiveness of one enterprise. Under the rapid development of Information Technology, the coal industry, which is a traditional industry, is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. What’s more, the traditional management mode can not meet their needs. So, realizing the information platform using the available computer and network resources becomes an urgent issue. The coal mine build up its MIS based on the.NET framework to meet its actual needs of work. This paper discusses the project’s demands and realization in detail. The main work of this paper is as follows:1. It introduces and analyses the key technology adopted by this project. The thesis originates from my participation in safety production scheduling system for a coal mine. It builds a four-layer model consisting of hardware layer, data layer, logic layer and user layer by analyzing the background, technical architecture and characters of.NET framework, C#language, SQL Server database and Visual Studio integrated development environment.2. It analyses and designs the system using object-oriented programming and software-engineering method. In the analysis stage, it analyses the demands of this system and determines to set up eleven modules, such as report form management, duty management, safe management etc. What’s more, it creates the UML model and carries out use case diagram, flow chat and class diagram. It also analyses the functional requirements and the goal of this project. In the design stage, it designs the system architecture and database architecture, builds up system architecture model, and describes the database table structure in detail.3. It introduces the realization of the system, containing UI design and module realization. It raises the UI design principles and carries out some interfaces, such as system login and some other functional interfaces. It also describes the key code of some modules, such as system login and verification, attachment’s upload and delete etc.At present, the system has been on-line used, running in good condition. Three-month trial run, the overall running smoothly, there was no operational failure.
