In recent years, foundry industry has been rapid development in our country, but also brought a lot of environmental pollution problems. Among them. Due to the foundry waste sand, tail sand recycling, municipal solid waste has become a stubborn, a heap of random phenomenon is widespread, the consequences are take up a lot of land, cause dust pollution, destruction of ecological environment, after the erosion by rain and even threaten the safety of groundwater environmental safety a major killerAccording to the geographical characteristics of the ZhangQiuShi in shandong province, this study analyzes the common local two foundry waste sand and tail ore mineral composition, fineness modulus of careful analysis determination and other physical and chemical properties, experimental research and explore the foundry waste sand and tail ore as part of the fine aggregate used in cement mortar and the feasibility of the concrete. Research aims at providing a foundry waste sand, tail ore effective recycling ideas and provide a new research direction.Specific research contents include:(1) the foundry waste sand, the tail of the ore mineral composition analysis determination. In order to avoid in the process of used sand in foundry use again cause secondary pollution to environment or damage to the user. First of all, the two kinds of foundry waste sand leach liquor of toxicity monitoring, to ensure that it does not belong to the hazardous waste; Second, in order to ensure the foundry waste sand, tail sand stability in use process, the ignition loss of three kinds of experimental materials and basic elements are analyzed in full. At the same time, adding pulverized coal foundry waste sand separating out the outer layer of cement products are pulverized coal with poor appearance. Of experimental data analysis results show that the tail sand as fine aggregate is more suitable for use in the building materials industry.
