A Research Of Natural Gas Pipeline Emergency Navigation System

Accompanied by the satellite positioning technology for rapid development, as well as the application of information technology adoption, and the piggyback GPS positioning module of the Smart terminal is moving into our daily lives, almost all the smart-phone installed navigation software, which gives us the day-to-day travel has brought great convenience. However, in some specific sectors, the navigation software cannot meet the actual needs, such as the oil and gas pipeline emergency response, power lines patrol, fire emergency wrecker, flood prevention with an emergency response, the land surveys, environmental surveys and others, and the staffs are often worked in the countryside or old towns, which area topography is generally complex, and there is no detailed road network in public navigation software, and in some cases it is situated across a river or pond could not arrive in time, and this will greatly reduce the work efficiency, even loss life or property.The paper first discusses the satellite positioning technology, analyses the current public navigation software, insufficiency and problems existing in industry application, which is in professional GIS system, proposed by the end navigation design train of thought, union from the network capture, end zones, road network database construction, data communications, scheduling and command functions in a real development. Through analyzing to domestic existing navigation secondary development platform, select the AutoNavi secondary development platform (NaviStudio) to combine with the Arcgis Runtime navigation development system, the terminal selected the generic Android operating system, and the database chose the Mysql system. Through by running practical operation system in Zhejiang natural Gas Company, the correctness of the algorithm is validated by the end of the road network and practicability of navigation function.The research and design a kind of general and practical system model and through the implementation of the system that we can solve lot problems in the last kilometer of navigation issues in many industries.
