The gas field in western Sichuan region has been in the late development stage,the production decline is obvious,the pipeline operation time is long and the pipe network structure is complex,the original design of natural pipe network and the current natural gas supply situation is large deviation,which leads to the existing natural gas pipe network can not adapt to the gas demand in with the development of natural gas market.The limited distribution capacity of pipeline network is becoming more and more obvious,the contradiction between supply and demand is more and more outstanding,the existing pipe network can not meet the demand of the downstream users.Based on the forecast of 2017-2022 gas field production and gas market demand in western Sichuan region,the whole hydraulic calculation model of transmission and distribution pipe network was established through combing the present situation of natural gas pipeline network in western Sichuan.According to the time division,on the basis of the existing natural gas pipeline network layout,according to the natural gas market demand and gas field output forecast,the natural gas transmission and distribution pipeline network carries on the hydraulic calculation each year,to finds out the problem which exists in the pipeline network,and puts forward the adjustment plan for the natural gas transmission pipe network.The hydraulic model of the adjusted pipe network is calculated again to ensure the rationality and validity of the planning and adjustment proposals.Through this study,from the western region of Sichuan natural gas pipeline network layout situation,this paper puts forward the practical and effective planning scheme of natural gas pipeline network construction,from the overall height of natural gas pipeline network,and systematically adjusts the natural gas transmission and distribution network in western Sichuan region.While alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas and satisfying the supply demand,it also determines the appropriate time for the investment of the pipe network construction,in order to save the related cost and realize the optimal allocation of resources.
