| In our paper, the first work is to establish a method for the determination of Sn and Zn in mPEG-PDLLA by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (microwave digestion-ICP-AES). Second, amphoteric compound in a disinfectant was qualified by ICP-AES, LC-MS, EA, FT-IR,’H NMR and TOF-MS, and quantified by complexometry and HPLC.1. Determination of Sn and Zn in mPEG-PDLLA by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AESA method of ICP-AES was established to detect Sn and Zn in mPEG-PDLLA with microwave assisted sample digestion. The solution obtained by microwave digestion was used for ICP-AES analysis. The results showed that, the detection limits were0.0051mg/L for Sn and0.0006mg/L for Zn. The calibration curves were in good linearity in the range of25μg/L-500μg/L for Sn and10μg/L-250μg/L for Zn. The recoveries found were in the range of94.66%~112.3%. The intra-day precision (RSD, n=6) ranged from2.0%to5.3%, and the inter-day precision (RSD, n=3) were0.9%(Sn) and2.3%(Zn). It was proved that the proposed method was rapid, convenient and easy in operation, and was feasible for routine analysis.2. Determination of Amphoteric Compounds in a Disinfectant for Medical UseThe ICP-AES results showed that, there were aluminum and sodium in the disinfectant. The LC-MS results showed that two substances, EDTA and EDTA-A1transformed into each other at different pH.A white crystal was obtained, when the pH of the disinfectant was adjusted to1.2by hydrochloric acid. The white crystal was characterized by EA, FT-IR,1H NMR, TOF-MS. The results showed that the structure of the crystal was consistent with that of EDTA. The concentration of EDTA was30.36g/L, determined by complexometry, and31.50g/L, determined by HPLC. |
