Two-way synchronous tensile technique is popular in recent years as one of the plastic film forming method. Compared with the traditional rolling method, casting method and blow molding method, it showed good industrial characteristic. The two-way synchronous tensile technology can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the plastic film, barrier properties, optical properties. Based on the above advantages, it has been widely used in industrial production, to meet the demand of various fields of production process.This paper combining with actual production problems, the film synchronous two-way stretch equipment key problems are studied. In order to meet the film synchronous tensile transverse and longitudinal tensile ratio requirements, according to the mechanism kinematic principles, and adopts the numerical simulation method, motion control unit for scheduled synchronization two-way stretch ratio motion analysis and verification; Through space holding mechanism movement simulation analysis method, nonlinear change of clamping film clamping clearance are analyzed, and thus set for clamping the pretightening offers a sufficient theoretical basis; Hyperworks and finite element analysis method is used to guide plate and the clamping body adaptive meshing and certain load mode analysis, to determine the initial characteristic of the analysis object and inherent frequency, to guide plate and the clamping body further topology optimization design to provide theoretical data; According to the film stretching process requirement, this paper presents a piecewise temperature control scheme, and using the method of heat convection field analysis, implements the preheating chamber, stretching chamber, mold chamber and heat recycling structure design of chamber. Based on equivalent temperature control principle of fluid mechanics analysis, has realized the intraluminal multivariable optimization flow temperature field control, to ensure the uniformity and stability of the membrane tension.Developed in this paper, two-way tensile membrane synchronous equipment has been applied in actual production, the practice proved that the presented synchronization drawing principle and the scheme is correct, the structure can achieve thin film surface level off, without the requirement of the fold; Transverse longitudinal thickness of0.02mm, thickness deviation is not more than twice the front sheet thickness deviation.
