So now developed mainly single space tensiletest machine for tensile test.This paper is about the design and manufacture of hydraulic source for single spacetensile testing machine with synchronous straight clamp and matching, for the allocation of1000kN single space tensile testing machine. The design is based on GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN,BS, JIS on the material test, the specimen shape and material. Synchronous clamp adoptstwo hydraulic cylinder to clamp the sample loading, two clamping cylinder synchronizationis the key to ensuring a sample clamping fixture in the middle. Sothe hydraulic source and the fixture, the sealing requirements are relatively high.Synchronous clamp designed in this paper and the hydraulic source can meet theabove requirements, also can avoid some disadvantages of traditional wedge clamp. Canplay a better performance of single space tensile testing machine, the tensile test resultsare more reliable, meet customer requirements.
