Valuable timber are usually made of decorativeveneer in order to improve the utilizationand product addition.The study takes the four kinds of veneers, different proportions of UFwith PVAc, modified PVAc as adhesives,and three kinds of non-woven were selected to makenon-woven decorative veneer,and takes the pliable,transverse tensile strength,peel strength asthe research index.When mixed with different proportions of UF and PVAc adhesive wasprepared as red oak non-woven decorative veneer,research adhesive ratio, glue spreadingamount,press temperature, press time impact of red oak veneer decorative pliable andtransverse tensile strength,and optimization of process parameters.When modified PVAcadhesive was prepared as non-woven decorative veneer,optimize the composite technology ofthe non-woven decorative venee. At last,thick non-woven,three species veneer, modified PVAc,were selected to makenon-woven decorative veneer, research pressing pressure, pressingtemperature, pressing time, glue spreading amount affect its peel strength.1) When mixed with different proportions of UF and PVAc adhesive was prepared as redoak non-woven decorative veneer:①Adhesive greater than40g/m2, prone to the phenomenonof transparent adhesive, the greater the amount of adhesive transparent adhesive, the moreobvious.②The most significant factor affecting its pliable as adhesive ratio, followed by theamount of glue, hot temperature and pressing time impact is smaller, and the greater proportionof UF the pliable worse.③The most significant factor affecting its transverse tensile strength isthe amount of adhesive, followed by adhesive ratio, pressing temperature and pressing timeimpact is smaller, and with the amount of glue and proportion of UF increase itstransversetensile strength increases.2)When modified PVAc adhesive was prepared as non-woven decorative veneer:①Forblack walnut, red oak, white birch and mono maple, the main factors affecting the pliable asglue spreading amount.
