So the design and synthesis of effective chiral ligands/catalysts always play a significant role in asymmetric reactions. In connection with our interest in the construction of sprio-cyclic skeleton, we have achieved the synthesis of1-azaspiro[4.4]nonane-6-one via an efficient tandem intramolecular hydroamination/semipinacol rearrangement reaction. And two enantiomers have been successfully separated. Moreover several chiral ligands and catalysts were designed and synthesized based on the optically pure1-azaspiro[4.4]nonane-6-one. In this thesis, the following two parts are mainly discussed.1. The chrial resolution of1-azaspiro[4.4]nonane-6-one;2.
