To understand the present situation of wetland resources in Shandong province comprehensively, Shandong Forestry Academy launched the investigation of wetland resources in April of2012, the survey haved mainly completed140counties, more than7000plaque and69pieces of key wetland. During the task, more serious human disturbance situation has been found, in order to better understand the basic situation of human disturbance, this thesis tried to analysis the human disturbance in Shandong province based on the wetland and plant investigation data, using the Google Earth plus software. With all we have obtained above, established index system of human disturbance in Shandong wetland using AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method, and then evaluate the situation of human disturbance in Shandong wetland, finally achieved the human disturbance rating results. In addition, according to the investigation data of plants in key wetland, it analyzed the influence of human construction distanbance on plant distribution, in terms of the plant composition, plant ecological types and plant formation composition, eventually gave the suggestion on influence of human construction distanbance on plant distribution. The results described as follows:Human disturbance in Shandong province included culture disturbance and salt pan disturbance around coastal wetland; factory and paddy field disturbance around river wetland; dam disturbance and road construction disturbance in artificial wetland and artificial canal. The most serious part are dam and road construction disturbance, interference. Meanwhile, factory disturbance and entertainment facilities disturbance existed normally in the river wetland and artificial wetland. Residential and paddy field disturbance are also existed widely in the wetland, it changed wetland landscape pattern and water quality potentially.On the basis of index system of human disturbance in Shandong wetland, using AHP and the comprehensive index method, to calculate the index weight and result of human disturbance, finally determined that the human disturbance in Shandong wetland went to the level of "serious", it indicated that the situation is more serious that needs the joint efforts to change and improve the wetland.In the study of influence of human construction distanbance on plant distribution, it compared the factor of plant composition, plant ecological types and plant formation composition before and after the distanbance, eventually found that before the human construction distanbance, the dominant family are Poaceae, Salicaceae, Typhaceae, Nymphaeaceae; dominant species are Phragmites australis, Populus tremula, S.matsudana Koidz., Typha orientalis, Ceratophyllum demersum L., Populus nigra Linn., Myriophyllum; and dominant plant formation are Phragmites formation, Populus formation, Populus nigra formation, T. angustifolia formation, Nymphaea formation, Hydrilla formation, Ceratophyllum formation, Myriophyllum formation, Nymphoides formation. Meanwhile, after the human construction distanbance, the dominant families are Gramineae, Compositae, Chenopodiaceae, Salicaceae, Polygonaceae; dominant species are Phragmites australis, Cynodon dactylon (Linn. Pers), Suaeda glauca(Bge.)Bge., populous, Artemisia capillaries, Polygonum lapathifolium L., Polygonum hydropiper, Glycine soja, Hydrilla verticillata, Artemisia argyi; and dominant plant formation are Cynodon formation, Artemisia formation, Herba Suaedae formation, Suaeda salsa formation, Chenopodium formation, Abutilon formation, Populus nigra formation, Artemisia formation.In conclusion, the situation of human disturbance can be judged by the changes in the plant distribution, and then analyzed the human disturbance in wetland extensively.
