Environmental education grew from serious pollution and environmental degradation,aims at educating human to realize the seriousness of environmental problems and theimportance of protecting the environment by the way of public education. Meanwhile,environmental education is hoped to improve the human environment consciousness, and tohelp them to master the knowledge and skills to solve the environmental problem. For the samepurpose, carrying out environmental education in wetland nature reserves and establishingnature reserves are both in order to protect environment, furthermore, education is a function ofnature reserve.As a kind of informal environmental education, education in nature reserve is asupplement to the formal environmental education in school. The education targets are morelikely to be achieved by the way that educatees experience and be educated in nature. However,the study and practice of environmental education in nature reserve is not deep enough. Itmainly stays in simple animals and plants introduction, but do not dig education resources andcontent deeply. In the meantime, the existing education mode ignores the differences inprofessions and the demand of educatees, and mostly makes educatees to accept passivelylacking of interactive participation. In general, the present environmental education lacks ofsystematic management, scientific and complete environmental education system should beestablished.Health Bridge wetland nature reserve is one of the Beijing municipal nature reserves, withsuperior education places with abundant education resources. It is of great significance to carryout environmental education there, and a lot of work has been done in recent years. But thereare still some problems. The establishment of environmental education system in HealthBridge wetland nature reserve were studied, by the in-depth analysising of environmenteducation goal, the resources characteristic, target groups, followed with the scientific,participatory, interesting, human nature, and the principles of sustainable development. Itmainly included interpretation system, display system, environmental education activities design: In the part of system design, we focused on analyzing the characteristics andrequirements of different accepted groups, commentary for different groups has been designed,especially, elementary school students as a main focus object. In the part of display system, itemphasized the liveliness, interest, and using of wetland elements as far as possible; In the partof environmental education activities, activities had been designed in view of thecharacteristics of different resources and different audience, and we combined with "social bigclassroom of primary and middle school students" experience, the environmental educationgames had been enriched and perfected.
