At present, natural fiber fabrics manufactured cotton get public’s favor for their comfort natural characteristics, but the wrinkle, washed defects such as shrinkage has restricted the development of high grade cotton products. Ammonia finishing technology as a novel and popular dyeing and finishing processing technology is one advanced technology to high grading the ramie cotton fabric products. Ammonia finishing technology has developed very rapidly abroad already, but in China it is still in the embryonic stage. In-depth ammonia study to finishing technology can promote the advanced international ammonia finishing technology convergence and further the development of national high-grade cotton fabric industry.The research includes the mechanism of action on how liquid ammonia functions on the cotton fiber and liquid ammonia modifying technology, also proposed a design using a microwave drying equipment to remove residual ammonia on the basis of the original liquid ammonia recovery system in the integrated cotton fiber modifying equipment; Some designed tests have vivificated the rationality of the design; Qualitative analysis has been taken to find the microwave drying end point; the design of the treatment tank have two major components: microwave drying and the tank’s control systems, which referenced a variety of the alike equipments home and abroad; the supervisory computer control system which deal with operational states of the tank also be finished. After research and comparison of lots of drying ways, the microwave drying way to eliminate the liquid ammonia is brought forward, which also be tested and verified by the special designed experiments; the process study of the eliminating has been finished. It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of the process, because the nonlinear phase, the time-delay, and interference of the time-varying characteristics.(1) Taking the yarn rate of temperature and temperature changes, the pressure deviation and the change rate of pressure error in the tank as imports, the microwave heating device power stages as outputs is the two separate two-dimensional fuzzy controller strategy, which using experts’ and the field knowledge to optimize and adjust the fuzzy control structures and parameters, to scheme out the whole fuzzy control system, to finish the whole system design. It ultimately implemented of the recovery of anhydrous liquid ammonia treatment goals.(2) Microwave drying of the internal structure of materials dealing with cans of selectivity, based on the design of polyethylene tank manufacturing deal with the internal structure of the system. A rotating drum, the drum guarantee balanced heat throughout the yarn, with a view to achieve the best yarn drying effect.(3) In the original study on the basis of relay control system design based on the drum PLC control system. According to the closed-loop control strategy, design is based on the absolute rotary encoder positioning of the drum control system. Modification of liquid ammonia through research on the requirements of drum speed, speed control using VWF control roller sports, completed the treatment tank speed control system design. Upgrading of the entire control system can handle the level of automation.(4) The entire system can handle and process control requirements, as selected MCGS configuration software development platform designed PC monitoring system. PC System has made real-time monitoring, remote control, alarm system and other functions.After treatment tank system continuously improved and enhanced, it will complete the installation, and trial run production will be achieved good results, for the factory was good economic returns.
