Centrifugal compressor play an important role in national economic sectors,especially in metallurgy,petroleum,chemical industry and dynamic and so on.In recently years,the fast development of modern industry makes great contribution to the rapid improvement in the design of centrifugal compressor and manufacture level on one hand,on the other hand,it turn to be more rigorous for the research of centrifugal compressor.But for some reasons,at present we still have great gaps compared with overseas in technology level,product quality,systematic and so on,particularly in large-scale aspects,we faced many problems such as technology not mature,capacity Insufficient.Therefore improving the working efficiency, operation security and reliability of centrifugal compressor,expanding its application range are not only have an important significance on large-scale aspects and nationalization but also play a positive role in improving the industry development level of our country.This article aims at the certain type of centrifugal compressor with front guide vane of certain petroleum enterprise in northeast by the CFD sofy NUMECA, it puts up a numerical model on centrifugal compressor internal flow field based on a real geometry structure, it also makes the numerical simulation on the centrifugal compressor internal flow field and property under different inlet guide vane opening,flow and property curve under different inlet guide vane opening were acquired,also make comparison and analysis,and then load distribution in different inlet guide vane opening was analysed by unsteady simulation method;at the same time in order to reduce the influence of the load of the blade reliability,parameters was adjusted according to the revised curve by numerical analysis. Blade pressure pulsation was caused by different inlet guide vane opening can be seen from the simulation result analysis;Parameters of efficiency and pressure ration reduced little when it is in the inlet guide vane opening section (-20°,20°);when the inlet guide vane opening is bigger,the property has an obvious drop;In the guide vane opening large cases, the stress value of the blade surface is higher, namely units of large guide blade opening are more likely to the damage of the blades.
